Our Trainees
Our trainees are young motivated men whom are interested in learning the trade of being a technician. It varies from vehicles to motorbikes, boat engines, small generators, or fiberglass repairs and spraying. At this time we contract a panel beater due to our lack of equipment for car repairs.
The elder trainees are taught to give the achieved knowledge to the younger ones. We are attempting to break the code of silence, the idea here that people believe in keeping knowledge to themselves for their own future. We try to explain the difference and we know that we have a long way to go but that is our goal.
Our trainees are free to visit our facility, we are not interested in young students who are unmotivated and looking for certificates to access a world of good job opportunities due to documentation. We are interested in creating a technical level that makes driving cars in this beautiful country not being a nightmare.
The students have to be able to maintain a vehicle to a standard of useful and reliable condition.
We get attachments from other schools to allow the attaches a deep look into a day of a mechanic and an ability to be responsible for his own doing. We want them as well to be able to understand the proper way of servicing and maintaining vehicles in the trade.
We are able to provide the trainees and attaches lunch and health care for free, as well as a daily allowance to be able to come to the daily activity and provide his own shelter and food. The parents of the trainee do not have to provide money for school fees and food or shelter for the trainees. Normally in this country a young man is not able to obtain such training because of the expensive fees. We not only do not charge these fees, but we also provide funds for the trainee to have for his daily expenses.
